following terms are associated with our remote unlocking services:

Privacy

Unlockthatmobile.com will not
knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site
visitors to any third parties.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you
submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will
be kept to process orders only. You have the right to withhold
personal information that is not needed for the transaction.

In order to unlock
your phone successfully, you must supply us with the correct details of
your phone. Before you submit your order please double check the
information you give us especially the IMEI number, phone model and the
original cellular provider.
If any of these
details are incorrect, it could lead to an
incorrect code calculation for which we do not issue a refund. If you try repeatedly to key in an incorrect
code your phone will remain locked, after which the only way of unlocking
is by cable/software means.
Also please make sure
that you follow the step-by-step instructions that we provide you for
successful unlocking.
We do not issue
refunds on unlocking codes that are issued by us for phones that
turn out to be barred or blacklisted. A barred phone consists of a stolen
mobile phone or a mobile phone that was reported ‘lost’ by his owner. The
network provider then puts the serial number (the IMEI number of the
phone) on a shared blacklist database that is available to all the mobile
networks globally. This list stops any phone on it from registering on
any network.
