Shipping policy
We ship our products worldwide via
First Class
International Postal Delivery service. We don’t have any hidden charges
with regards to shipping and handling of your product. We will usually
ship as soon as the transaction is captured, usually the same day as the
order is received. If the order is received on a public holiday or
weekend we will ship in the next business day. The final delivery times
can vary from 5 to 15 working days if the product is on stock.
Returns policy
We
only sell products that we think are great. We want you to think so,
too.
All the products on sale from unlockthatmobile.com have met our
high quality-control standards.
If you decide that something you ordered is defective, we'll take it
back as a return. Just send your unused item to us within 30 days of
shipment with a receipt. If we believe the product you've returned has
been damaged, tampered with, or used, we'll send it back to you as soon
as possible at your expense.
Of course if there's a defect,
we'll make things right. If we determine that a product has a material
or manufacturing defect, we'll simply replace it.
We'll do everything we can to
take care of your return quickly. Returns with complete documentation
will receive priority. We do not give money back, instead
we replace the item or give a credit to be used on
www.unlockthatmobile.com.
Please note that shipping charges for
products returned for credit are not refundable, and
www.unlockthatmobile.com can't be responsible for returns lost
while in transit to us.
We do not tolerate any
attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent manner. We will report fraudulent
actions together with the host IP address to the relevant authorities.
